How Notion access works
The first thing every buyer does — duplicate the kit into their own Notion workspace, then open the printable files.
How do I access and duplicate the Notion-based kit?
After purchase, we email you a read-only Notion link. Open the link in Notion, then click Duplicate in the top-right corner — the whole kit system copies into your own workspace, where you can edit it, fill it in, and use it for your class or study plan.
- Notion template. The live, editable system — weekly plan, dashboard, roster tracker.
- .xlsx spreadsheet. The printable grade or plan book, laid out for A4 or US Letter.
- .pdf workbook. The printable student workbook — worksheets and assignment prompts ready to print.

One kit, one teacher (or one self-directed learner). What you can do with it, and what you cannot.
What does the license cover for educators and commercial buyers?
A Studmark kit is sold as a one-time purchase for one teacher (or one self-directed learner), with the following rights:
- Use with the students you teach. Use the kit with your classroom roster this year — no per-student fee, no seat count, no subscription renewal.
- Edit freely. Adapt the templates, worksheets, and dashboards to fit your subject, your grade, and your week.
- No attribution required in student-facing materials.
- School- or district-wide upgrade. Want every teacher in your building, department, or district to use the same kit? Email teacherspet@polsia.app and we'll quote a multi-teacher license that grants the same kit for every teacher in the building — no per-seat math on your side.
You may not resell the source files, redistribute them publicly, or republish them on another marketplace as-is.
The refund and update policy
Because kits ship as digital downloads, the usual rules are different. Here they are, plainly.
What is the refund and exchange policy?
Because Studmark kits are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, they are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.
If the kit doesn't match its listing — wrong contents, a broken file, or a missing format we advertised — we will replace the kit or refund the purchase in full, at your choice, within 14 days of delivery. Use the form below with your order email and we'll fix it.
How are kit updates delivered after I buy?
Every Studmark kit purchase comes with free lifetime updates. When we ship a new version of a kit — new worksheets, a refreshed roster sheet, a fixed typo — fresh files arrive via the original purchase email, with a new download link for each file in the kit.
